HYPNOTHERAPY, COACHING

Cheryl RN, CCHT

Cheryl is a Registered Nurse who has been in the field for over 30 years. She is also a certified clinical hypnotherapist. Her passion is to walk alongside people who are trying to find their way through life's hardships.

Cheryl's heart is especially tender towards First Responder families because she has been married to her firefighter for over 20 years. She has learned through her own personal journey as a fire wife that the families of First Responders need support, and often feel left behind as their loved one is recovering and healing.

She believes in sharing and listening authentically, practicing good self-care, and seeking to love with empathy and forgiveness.

HOLISTIC NURSING, COACHING

Autumn RN, HN-BC

Autumn is a registered nurse of 13 years. She received her Holistic Nursing Certification from Pacific College.

Autumn is passionate about utilizing and teaching methods of care that reflect the holistic approach- recognizing that no one aspect of our being is isolated from the others, and no individual is isolated from the people and environment around them.

The things we do to better our health should involve supporting our body processes, not simply treating side effects. Our self-care routines and daily habits must be sustainable and personally tailored.
